Our Product Standards

• Products are listed as new unless the product page clearly says otherwise.
• We do not knowingly offer counterfeit or replica goods.
• Titles, images, specifications, prices and availability are reviewed before an item is published.
• We correct a listing if we learn that product information is inaccurate or incomplete.

How We Source Products

We work with manufacturers, distributors and supplier partners that provide identifiable products and consistent fulfillment. Before adding a product, we review its model information, specifications, images, package contents and support details.

Branded Products

When a product carries a third-party brand, that brand is identified on the product page. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Selling a branded product does not mean Little Lark Co is the manufacturer or is officially affiliated with the trademark owner unless the product page says so.

Fulfillment

Orders may be prepared and shipped by supplier or logistics partners. Little Lark Co remains your seller and point of contact for order questions, returns, refunds and product concerns.

If Something Does Not Match

If the item you receive looks different from its description, is damaged or raises an authenticity concern, contact us with your order number and clear photos. We will review it and offer the remedy available under our Return & Refund Policy.
